The current winter emergency in Colombia has been one of the worst flooding in years: More than three million homeless, landslides, mudslides, reservoirs to the brink of collapse, destroyed roads, overflowing rivers. Pastures, crops, livestock, homes, schools, universities and entire towns under water without control. Sad scene, uncertain future.
TRAGEDY
The river is high,
not for the rain, the weather
has given perhaps since yesterday
and
bread to eat absolutely everything is lost.
Fallow and cultivated fields, mountains and meadows
,
pasture, livestock,
roads, highways, towns and villages
were flooded.
