This poster is placed in the glass of a coffee shop in my habitat. I think it reads, although mobile photos, but just in case says
Any customer who spends more than 15 mim . (?) reading the newspaper house should read aloud to those who are on the waiting list.
Since they have hung the little sign, what happens in this quiet-yet-local is that there are cakes to see who is first with newspaper and passed the time allowed for private reading. Apparently some, never late, have discovered the pleasure of having a public Ignore them.
